I grew up listening to the beastie boys, they helped shape my childhood.  I actually had no idea that Adam died  till I heard the news through a  DJ  djing  at a club.   Such a heavy blow, my roots run deep with the beastie boys..

The first time I heard this song when I was a kid, I swear I had a seizure.  Music video is dope too.  Wide screen it

Coldplay live in Vancouver

I was on this incredible high that didn’t involve any drugs.  Coldplay is one of my favorite bands, they inspire me to be my best and seeing them live was just unreal.  I felt like a kid again, I was so jittery, so excited that I was having an OVERLOAD of AWESOMENESS.  There was so much shit going off in the venue, balloons everwhere, confetti everwhere, amazing lights, braceletes flashing that it was hard to take it in all at once.   You seeing this video probably think we were high as fuck, well maybe we were, but it was us being high on life.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There was so much love in the air, It was like we were all one.  Here is a video of coldplay performing in Glastonbury,  at the 1:45 mark you see Jay-Z and Beyonce in the crowed…. posting this video to show you how the vibe was in the arena.

the workout

Just bought this album, “The Workout” by stic… thats right I said it, I bought it.  If you workout, run, do anything active, you will like this album.   Right now in my life, I’m mentally the strongest I’ve ever been…. but physically not so much. I guess I’m in average shape, but I want to take it to the next level.   They say health is wealth and I want to get fucking loaded.   Don’t care so much about looking like a body builder, More interested in core strength, explosive energy, endurance.
