Had a 2 day basketball tournament in mount curry. We lost the championship game by 6 points and ended up coming 2nd. I’m stoked because that team plays university basketball and us guys are pretty washed up. Next year we will take state!

Coldplay live in Vancouver
I was on this incredible high that didn’t involve any drugs. Coldplay is one of my favorite bands, they inspire me to be my best and seeing them live was just unreal. I felt like a kid again, I was so jittery, so excited that I was having an OVERLOAD of AWESOMENESS. There was so much shit going off in the venue, balloons everwhere, confetti everwhere, amazing lights, braceletes flashing that it was hard to take it in all at once. You seeing this video probably think we were high as fuck, well maybe we were, but it was us being high on life.
There was so much love in the air, It was like we were all one. Here is a video of coldplay performing in Glastonbury, at the 1:45 mark you see Jay-Z and Beyonce in the crowed…. posting this video to show you how the vibe was in the arena.

blackout Wednesday (hockey Game)
shit got cray real fast. We were out of control the whole night, money wasn’t an issue and I wish it was, fuck. We partied like rock stars. Multiple clubs, strip clubs, limos, hockey, sluts, go carting, ice cream, sandwiches woke up feeling like, WHY, WHY WOULD I DO THIS?! WHAT HAVE I DONE?! hahah, one of the best nights of my life. Didn’t take that much photos, due to the fact that I was hammered. (mom I know your going to read this, it wasn’t me, it was all my alter-ego)

blackcomb hit runs
Went up the mountain today, it’s been 2 week since I’ve ridden, feels so good to be back on the slopes. Nothing too crazy today, just a mellow day riding with glen. Just did some hit runs, went in the park a little later on but it got too foggy. Also first time using the go pro as a helmet cam. I also noticed i make dumb noises when i snowboard haha.
ahh the joys in life
ah the joy’s in life, the good life. I love how you can get in that good awesome head space, that really nice place. When your alert, present, you feel fun, you feel the joy of life. I realize I am going to die, and i realize that my experience in life is very very short and it makes me just love life more. I have have this abundance of gratitude, real fucking gratitude and it just comes from that deep appreciation of life. The majority of people are in a deep trance by modern society and cannot appreciate life. If you watch T.V, magazines, celebrities you see that they have the diamond rings or eating at the 5 star restaurants. People look at this like.. if your getting all that..then that is the good life. This is not the good life, the good life is what you become as a person, the good life is the passion and joy you find out of life. Were driven to think the good life is found with having this or that. The peak of life is when your in those peak moments, that is the joy you find out of life and over time you can cultivate a deep appreciation. When I look back at the little things that I wouldn’t care about I now have a deep appreciation for. Like living in a beautiful place, having awesome friends, snowboarding on the best mountain in North America, etc etc.. this is it, what else do you have, what more is there. What more is there then this, this is one of the peak moments in my life that happens daily and I’ve learned to appreciate it.

stoked that i’m 26 years old, lots of people get depressed the older they get but to be honest i am as happy as ever! Thanks to everyone for coming out to my birthday, it means the world to me. The present moment is the greatest gift you will ever have and i’m stoked that i’m still around and healthy as ever!!

Just built a new desk, actually my buddy Reece did most of the building. The desk costed me $89 dollars. I’m stoked!!
watch the throne
Saw Jay Z / Kanye West last night on there tour, “watch the throne” Easily one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. No one opened, just them and they played about a 4 hour set. They played pretty much all there number 1 hit songs plus there new album. They ended up playing the song, “Niggas in Paris” 12 times to set a record. Was pretty funny. Blood Quest Part 1
Blood Quest, I was apart of this movie for the B-Grade Horror Fest, the movie took about a month to film and it pretty much soaked up all my time. First time ever acting or ever being apart of something like this. Super fun, Part 2 should be out sometime in the near future.
Foo Fighters
Man, I’ve been blowing it lately on posting, I’ve had the most intense / busiest month ever ..but man has it been one hell of an epic month. Been working lots, filming a movie for the B-Grade Horror fest which pretty much soaked up all my time. I easily put 50 hours into that movie.. I also went to a Foo Fighters concert, which was unreal. The Foo fighters are one of my favorite bands of all time and seeing them live was one of my dreams coming true. It was my first big boy concert ever, went crowd surfing and moshed my ass off. After the show I sweated out all the booze and had the worst hangover of my life, it was so hard to get back into party mode. Went with 3 of my best friends, glen, grady and bonestorm, we stayed at a 5 star hotel right down town. We drank our asses off, rocked out and just had the best buddy time ever. This is a night that ill never forget, so stoked!

Tommy Affrica’s Boat party!
Sorry guys, It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, I’ve been way to busy partying. I went on a house boat with Tommy Affrica’s to the Shuswap, it was the most fun I’ve ever had. The weather was amazing, the water was warm, it was just perfect. Honestly… i didn’t even know that much fun existed. We had two house boats and a wake board boat , 1 was a 40 person 3 stories boat and the other was a 25 person boat. Here are some photos.

Brandywine Falls
Today I checked out the Brandywine falls for the first time with my buddy Kameron. I’ve been in this town for nearly 5 years now and I can’t believe I haven’t seen this sooner, i’m pretty much blowing it. I’m planning on doing another trip here in the near future, I want to hike down to the bottom and get behind the waterfall, I’ve been told it’s pretty epic!

Christmas was a success! Some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life… resulting in the worst food comas ever. I went to earls to eat and celebrate Christmas with the boys.
Before I ate this meal I drank a shitload of Pepto-Bismol and ended up getting high to max out my peak performance in my eating capabilities. It was my Christmas present to Keelan because I never get high. Munchies were in full force, I still feel like dying somewhat as I’m writing this. …damn you food coma.

dirtbiking
So it’s been a while since I’ve been on a dirt bike, 5 years to be exact. I use to race AMA back in the day but quit and moved out west for snowboarding. I was pretty much sketch balls all day, there was torrential downpour from the night before so the track was real muddy and slick. Also the bike had no front breaks so it was scary carrying speed into corners and lastly the bike wasn’t running in tip top shape. The bike actually broke down so that was all the footage that I got. But anyway, I was super stoked on riding and can’t wait to go again.

i was going through my music on my computer and i stumbled on the song “west coast” and it reminded me of the video me and trudeau made like 2/3 years ago. Those days were so sick, just gaming out till the early morning. Going on random adventures and just being as retarded as possible.

Today started off at rainbow beach we played volleyball and swam. After the beach we all headed to Jez’s house to have a BBQ… it was good times
During the BBQ we get a call from Brocklebank that there is going to be a game of capture the flag at the elementary school at like 10, so after the BBQ we brought over our drinks and headed over there. A shitload of people showed up and it was epic, I was the only one who brought cleats, I could run really fast but not in a straight line, i kept tripping over my own feet because I was hammered. My team lost every game but it was a blast though, I’m pretty sure there is going to be a game next week, if there is you guys should take part.
after capture the flag we went out, met up with an old friend who i haven’t seen in a while his name is windy, hes the man. basically sums up my day.
